La Shonda Nettles graduated from Moss Point High School in 1993 with an Advanced Diploma. She served in the United States Army for eight years. During her time in the military La Shonda received the Army Achievement Medal; Army Good Conduct Medal; National Defense Service Medal and Overseas Service Medal. She earned an Associates Degree from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College in 2002. La Shonda also earned her Bachelors Degree in College of Education ans Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2010. La Shonda has experience working and serving the community in the field of mental health. She has worked for Singing River Services Mental Health as a Case Manager and is certified through the Mississippi Department of Mental Health. La Shonda has also worked for the Mississippi Department of Human Services in Jackson County as a Family Protection Worker. La Shonda and her family are members of the Greater Grace Apostolic Assembly.Mark Spicer
Mark Spicer is the Pre-Trial Diversion Director. He was raised in New York and has been on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for the last 18 years. His work experience consists of 10 years Law Enforcement in the United States Air Force and 6 years at the Ocean Springs Police Department with the last 2 1/2years as the Pre-Trial Diversion Director . During the 16 years of Law Enforcement, he has been involved with Public relations and child/adult drug education and prevention programs. Mark Spicer coordinates both the Safe Kids, Safe Street program and the Pre-Trial Diverson program.

Anita Bosarge is the Director of the Worthless Check Unit and the Grand Jury Coordinator. Anita is a native of Louisiana. However, Anita calls Pascagoula her "home". Anita earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Sales Management from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. Anita owned and operated "Aunt Nita's Restaurant" for nearly thirty years before taking the poisition of Director of the Worthless Check Unit in September 2009.
