| The District Attorney’s Office prosecutes all felony cases in Jackson, George and Greene Counties. Our office handles between 2500-3500 cases per year. Currently there are cases on the trial docket ranging from shoplifting to capital murder and everything in between. Click here for information regarding crimes and sentencing. In our office, there is one District Attorney, six assistant District Attorneys, three investigators, and various community outreach program coordinators. |
